Automated Bandsaw
Grade-certified billets are precisely cut to weight using high-speed automated bandsaws, ensuring consistent input material volume for every forging batch.

Induction Heating & Forging
0.750g – 5kg Range
Billets are uniformly heated using induction furnaces and then precision-forged in closed dies — producing near-net-shape components with superior grain structure and mechanical strength.

Shot Blasting
Scale Removal
Post-forging scale and surface oxides are removed through shot blasting, preparing the component surface for downstream machining and coating with a clean, uniform finish.

CNC Machining
Tight Tolerances
Multi-axis CNC turning and milling centres achieve critical dimensional tolerances required by OEM drawings — threads, bores, profiles, and features held to micron-level precision.

ED Coating
Automated Line
Electro-deposition coating applied through an automated, temperature-controlled line — delivering uniform corrosion-resistant film thickness validated against IATF and OEM corrosion standards.
